Liability for content
Section 7(1) TMG (German Telemedia Act) states that we as service providers are responsible for our own content on these web pages as specified by general law. However, according to sections 8 to 10 TMG, we as service providers are not obliged to monitor any external information transferred or stored, or to look for instances that indicate unlawful activity.
This does not affect our obligations to remove or block the use of information as specified in general law. However, we can only be held liable from the time at which we become aware that an actual violation of the law has taken place.
