A block of flats commissioned by the Behrens-Stiftung has been built in Hamburg-Altona to provide permanent accommodation for people who were previously homeless. This residential project is aimed at people who have difficulty accessing adequate housing on the market as a result of their histories of homelessness, some of which go back several years.
